This gallery brings together photography of natural history specimens and scientific objects, from fossils, minerals and meteorites to zoological specimens, skeletons and other objects from natural history collections.

The gallery includes some particularly notable prehistoric specimens, including the adult and juvenile Allosaurus skeletons photographed for Christie’s Jurassic Icons sale in London in 2024, and Hector, the exceptionally well-preserved Deinonychus antirrhopus specimen that sold at Christie’s New York in 2022. Other highlights include ammonites, geological specimens and minerals, as well as zoological and scientific objects.
