I photograph decorative arts from a wide range of periods and traditions, including porcelain, silver, glass, furniture, clocks and other historic and collectible objects. The gallery includes European decorative arts alongside objects from a variety of cultures and periods.
Among the notable objects in the gallery are Antonio Stradivari's 1679 ‘Hellier’ violin, Pietro Tenerani's Psyche Abandoned and an elaborate 18th-century automaton watch by James Cox, made for the Chinese market. Other highlights include Meissen porcelain, Émile Gallé cameo glass, silver, clocks and finely crafted objects in a range of materials and styles.
